Zusammenfassung

Der erste Fall eines Chorionkarzinoms im Anschluß an eine In-vitro-Fertilisation wird vorgestellt. Bisher sind in der Literatur lediglich zwei Blasenmolen nach IVF beschrieben worden, nie aber eine maligne Trophoblasterkrankung.

Abstract

We present the first case in literature of a chorionic carcinoma following in vitro fertilisation. Until now, only two case reports of hydatidiforme mole following IVF are published.
