Zusammenfassung
Der 2. Teil des Artikels veranschaulicht die Anwendung der ICF Core Sets für LBP im klinischen Alltag der Rehabilitation anhand des ICF-Modellblatts und eines Fallbeispiels.
Abstract
The second part of this article portrays the application of the ICF Core Sets for LBP in clinical rehabilitation practice using the ICF Model Sheet a case study.
