Psychotherapie schizophrener Psychosen: Evidenzbasierte Therapiestrategien

  • Psychotherapeutische Interventionsstrategien sind integraler Bestandteil der Gesamtbehandlung schizophrener Psychosen.

  • Im Krankheitsverlauf (Prodromalphase, Akutphase, Stabilisierungsphase und Stabile Phase) müssen die geeigneten Interventionsstrategien gefunden werden.

  • Die Verfügbarkeit der hier beschriebenen Interventionen ist begrenzt.

  • Der Stand der Entwicklung und Überprüfung der Verfahren ist der tatsächlichen Umsetzung in der Praxis weit voraus. Hier sollte künftig verstärkt nach Strategien einer verbesserten Implementierung gesucht werden.

  • In der ambulanten Psychotherapie sollten Patienten mit schizophrenen Störungen, angesichts der Schwere dieser Erkrankung, in sehr viel höherem Maß repräsentiert werden.
