SEE - Die SomatoEmotionale Entspannung nach Upledger
SER - SomatoEmotional Release according to UpledgerPublication History
Publication Date:
09 July 2007 (online)
Summary
According to Upledger, traumas and related emotional energy may be stored in the body, either scattered, or locally in the form of energy cysts. Both forms of stored energy restrict the body's ability to function and special techniques can provide therapeutic relaxation. The aim of SomatoEmotional Release is to achieve relaxation and not to provide a solution to the problem.
