Zwei Patientinnen mit Myasthenia gravis wurden nach Sternotomie und Thymektomie postoperativ
unter Analgosedierung mit Propofol und Piritramid beatmet, wobei die unter diesem
Regime erhalten gebliebene Kooperations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit eine patientenkontrollierte
Neueinstellung der Pyridostigmindosierung und Entwöhnung vom Respirator ermöglichte.
Summary
Two patients with myasthenia gravis were ventilated postoperatively using propofol
and piritramid for analgosedation. Under this treatment the patient's ability to cooperate
and communicate was maintained and allowed a patient-controlled readjustment of pyridostigmine
dosage and weaning from the respirator.
