Zusammenfassung
Es wird berichtet über zwei seltene gutartige raumfordernde Prozesse des Larynx. Beim
ersten Fall handelt es sich um eine große laterale sacculaere Zyste bei einer 68jährigen
Frau und beim zweiten um ein Myxolipom bei einem 80jährigen Mann. Bei beiden Fällen
manifestierte sich das Krankheitsbild mit zunehmender Luftnot und Schluckstörungen.
Zur Therapie wurde der Prozess operativ entfernt. Auf die Bedeutung der Computertomographie
zur Diagnose und Bestimmung der Grenzen der Läsion wird hingewiesen.
Summary
Two rare benign space occupying lesions of the larynx are presented. The first case
was a big lateral saccular cyst in a female 68 years old and the second a myxolipom
of the larynx in an old man, 80 years old. The presenting symptoms, in both cases,
were progressive dyspnea und dysphagia. The therapy was the surgical removal of the
lesion with the “open” approach. The importance of the CT scanning is emphasized as
well its usefulness in the diagnosis and in the definition of the extention of the
lesion.
