Fallbericht einer Placenta praevia reflexa et increta

Zusammenfassung

Es wird der Fall einer den gesamten Muttermund, unter Aussparung des unteren Anteiles des unteren Uterinsegmentes, überdachenden Plazenta besprochen, welche einerseits den Großteil des Cavum uteri bedeckte und andererseits teilweise in das Myometrium eingewachsen war. Das Leben von Mutter und Kind konnte durch eine Sectio caesarea in der 36. Schwangerschaftswoche mit sofortiger Hysterektomie gerettet werden.

Abstract

This case report describes a patient with a placenta, which covered all parts of the cervical region excepting for the lower part of the lower uterine segment. The placenta covered the majority of the uterine cavity and was growing into the myometrium. The lives of both mother and child were saved by caesarian section and hysterectomy in the 36th week of gestation.
