Die offene Laparoskopie bei Risikopatientinnen

Zusammenfassung

Über eine technische Variante der offenen Laparoskopie wird berichtet. Hauptmerkmal der beschriebenen Technik ist die vereinfachte Herstellung des Pneumoperitoneums. Ein zusätzliches Instrumentarium wird nicht benötigt. Bis auf die Hautinzision und das Spalten der Fascia unter Sicht werden keine spitzen Instrumente gebraucht. Aus einem Kollektiv von 224 Patientinnen, bei denen ein laparoskopischer Eingriff in der Frauenklinik Ludwigshafen vorgenommen wurde, wurde die modifizierte offene Laparoskopie bei 23 Risikopatientinnen durchgeführt. Die Technik wird anschließend unter Berücksichtigung der Literatur diskutiert.

Abstract

A variant of the technique of open laparoscopy is reported. The principal feature of this technique is that creation of a Pneumoperitoneum is simplified. No additional instruments are required, nor sharp instruments, except for the skin incision and Splitting of the fascia. The modified open laparoscopy technique was used on 23 high-risk patients in a group of 224 patients on whom laparoscopy was performed at Ludwigshafen Gynecological Clinic. The technique is discussed with reference to the literature.
