Geburtshilfliches Vorgehen bei einem schweren von-Willebrand-Jürgens-Syndrom in der Schwangerschaft

Zusammenfassung

Berichtet wird über das diagnostische und therapeutische Vorgehen im Schwangerschafts- und Wochenbettverlauf bei einer Patientin mit von-Willebrand-Jürgens-Syndrom Typ III. Unter der peripartalen Faktor-VIII-Substitution mit dem Kryopräzipitat Ristofact® (Behring, Marburg) war der Geburts- und Wochenbettverlauf komplikationslos. Jedoch wird über den postpartalen stationären Aufenthalt hinaus eine ambulante gerinnungsphysiologische Überwachung der wichtigsten Laborparameter bis 6 Wochen post partum empfohlen.

Abstract

This is a report on the diagnostic and therapeutic approach in the course of pregnancy and puerperium in a patient suffering from Type III of von-Willebrand-Jürgens' syndrome. Parturition and puerperium were problem-free under peripartal Factor VIII substitution with the cryoprecipitate Ristofact® (Behring, Marburg). However, over and above the postpartal inpatient period it is recommended to conduct an outpatient monitoring of coagulation physiology in respect of the most important laboratory parameters for a period of up to 6 weeks after delivery.
