Lymphzysten nach abdominaler Radikaloperation - Zur Epidemiologie und Ätiopathogenese

Zusammenfassung

In den letzten 10 Jahren finden sich bei 225 regelmäßig kontrollierten Patientinnen nach Wertheimscher Radikaloperation insgesamt 8 Fälle von Lymphzysten. Es ergibt sich dabei ein signifikanter Unterschied zwischen einem Kollektiv mit und einem ohne Entfernung des Rosenmüllerschen Knotens bei ansonst obligatorischer Lymphonodektomie. Die Bedeutung dieses Lymphknotens für die Lymphzystenentstehung wird zusätzlich durch die Lokalisation kleiner Zysten auf Ultraschallschnittbildern untermauert. Der Einfluß anderer Faktoren auf die Lymphzystengenese wird anhand der eigenen Fälle und des greifbaren Schrifttums diskutiert.

Abstract

In the last ten years have been 8 cases of lymphatic cysts among 225 regularly controlled patients after Wertheim's operation.

There is a significant difference between a control group with and one without resection of the Rosenmüller's node, in addition to an obligatory extirpation of lymphatic nodes. The significance of this lymphatic node for the genesis of lymphocysts is supported by the localisation of small cysts in ultrasonography.

The influence of other factors on the genesis of lymphocysts is discussed in our own cases and in those of the available literature.
