Diagnostische Schritte bei Polyneuropathien[*]

Lernziele

Periphere Neuropathien sind oft schwierig abzuklären. Im folgenden Artikel (Teil 1 und 2) wird die diagnostisch richtige und untersuchungstechnisch korrekte Ursachenzuordnung einer Polyneuropathie (PNP) dargestellt. Aufgezeigt werden soll ähnlich einem Diagnostikpfad/Algorithmus die korrekte Diagnosestellung anhand fester Kriterien unter Zuhilfenahme von klinischer Untersuchung (v. a. Teil 1) und apparativer Methosen (v. a. Teil 2).

Der zweite Teil des Artikels vermittelt Kenntnisse über:

Elektroneuro- und myografie evozierte Potenziale und autonome Tests Bildgebung (Neurosonografie, MRT) Laborchemie inkl. der Liquordiagnostik Biopsie diabetogene, äthyltoxische und malnutritive bzw. malabsorptive PNP Paraproteinämien Autoantikörperbestimmung und genetische Tests.
