Zusammenfassung
Die gängige Therapie des Beugesehnenscheidenganglions ist die Operation. Die blinde
Punktion wird nur in wenigen Publikationen empfohlen. Es gibt auch Publikationen,
die wegen der hohen Rezidivrate von der blinden Punktion abraten. Wir haben untersucht,
ob die Kontrolle der Nadel mit Ultraschall bei der Punktion bessere Ergebnisse ermöglicht.
Dazu haben wir 60 Sehnenscheidenganglien unter Ultraschallkontrolle punktiert. Die
günstigen Ergebnisse ermutigen uns, die ultraschallgesteuerte Punktion anstelle der
blinden Punktion und somit auch anstelle der Operation zu empfehlen.
Abstract
Surgery is generally thought to be the most successful treatment of flexor tendon
sheath ganglions. Most previous investigators judge the blind percutaneous aspiration
as unreliable. The purpose of this study was to investigate the feasibility and the
success rate of percutaneous apiration guided by ultrasonography. We performed percutaneous
aspiration under ultrasonographic control in 60 patients with flexor tendon sheath
ganglions. Encouraged by our favourable results we can recommend this procedure instead
of the blind percutaneous aspiration and even instead of surgery.
