Zusammenfassung
Neuropathische Arthropathien sind Raritäten in der alltäglichen orthopädischen Praxis. Wir stellen den Fall eines 43-jährigen Elektrotechnikers mit progredienter Destruktion der Ellenbogengelenke als Folge einer Syringomyelie dar. Die Diagnostik, Differentialdiagnostik und das therapeutische Vorgehen wird an diesem speziellen Fall dargestellt.
Abstract
Neuropathic arthropathia is a rare case in daily orthopedical practice. The case of a 43 year old technician is reported, who developed severe destruction of both elbow joints as a result of syringomyelia. The diagnostical problems as well as the therapeutical considerations are discussed.
