Ergebnisqualität in der Rheumaorthopädie

Abstract

The result of the surgical management in RA patients depends greatly on the following factors: Defining the specific problem of the patient - examination of, and advice given to, the patient - surgical intervention - evaluation of the result. It is of utmost importance to use subjective methods as ADL-status to get the real benefit of the chosen therapy for the patient and objective parameters as radiological evaluation for further prognosis of the functioning of the joints.

Zusammenfassung

Ergebnisqualität in der Rheumaorthopädie ergibt sich aus einem Regelkreis der Problemerkennung, der Patientenuntersuchung und Beratung, einer adäquaten und zeitgemäßen Therapie sowie einer regelmäßigen Ergebnisevaluation, welche außer objektiven Untersuchungen auch einen ATL-Status beinhaltet.
