Darstellung des neonatalen Hüftgelenkes in der anatomischen Frontalebene und im Ultraschallbild

Zusammenfassung

Zur Erleichterung der Interpretation von Hüftsonogrammen wurden Säuglingshüften makromorphologisch aufgearbeitet. Die anatomischen Strukturen werden erläutert. Dargestellt wird die Veränderung der Anatomie in Abhängigkeit der Stellung des proximalen Femurendes und der Schnittebene im Azetabulumbereich. Die physiologische Hüftentwicklung wird demonstriert.

Abstract

Sonographic hip diagnosis depends on anatomical identification. Makromorphological studies by plastination and cryosectionning was done using small hips. Details of the anatomy are presented. Different positions of the proximal femur are demonstrated, as well as the physiological development of the hip.
