Abstract
Differential diagnostic problems of coincident tuberculosis of cervical spine and the cervical manifestations of rheumatoid arthritis are described. In the case discussed here, some of these problems are clinical mimicry, lack of neurological signs and symptoms, fast development of tuberculosis at the cervical spine. Diagnostic and therapeutic procedures are discussed.
