Zusammenfassung

Es werden 5 Fälle einer vasospastischen Komplikation nach Thromboembolieprophylaxe mit Heparin-Dihydroergotamin (DHE) dargestellt. Als vordringliche diagnostische Maßnahme ist bei dieser Erkrankung die Angiographie anzusehen, welche regelmäßig charakteristische Befunde zeigt. Vielversprechende therapeutische Ansätze ergeben sich aus der intraarteriellen Prostaglandinapplikation. Über Erfahrungen bei 2 Patienten wird berichtet.

Summary

Vasospastic complications have been reported in five patients following the use of heparin-dihydroergotamin for thrombo-embolic prophylaxis. The most important diagnostic procedure is angiography, which shows characteristic findings. Intraarterial prostaglandin is a promising form of treatment. Experience with two patients is reported.
