Abstract
The radiographic progression of rheumatoid arthritis can be graded on a 0-IV scala. For this purpose five objektive criteria are used: a) destruction, b) osteoporosis, c) narrowing of joint space, d) luxation and e) ankylosis. The grading of the radiographic progression is defined by the extent and the number of the measured alterations. The radiographic progression can be registered yearly.
