Zusammenfassung

Anhand eines Fallbeispiels wird über die intrauterine Diagnostik des Dandy-Walker-Syndroms mit Sonographie und Computertomographie berichtet, wobei die Wertigkeit beider Methoden verglichen wird. Gemeinsam mit einer Literaturübersicht werden Pathogenese und Morphologie des Krankheitsbildes erörtert, die Prognose wird im Hinblick auf die psychomotorische Entwicklung diskutiert.

Summary

A case of Dandy-Walker-syndrome is presented, comparing the value of sonography and CT in intrauterine diagnosis. Together with a review of the literature of the subject, patho-genesis, morphology and prognosis in regard to the psychomotoric development are discussed.
