Zusammenfassung:

Vorgestellt wird der Fall eines Patienten mit einem Sarkom des penilen Corpus cavernosum. Die klinischen Aspekte sowie die pathologisch-anatomischen Kriterien, die zur Diagnose führten, werden diskutiert. Des weiteren wird das therapeutische Vorgehen beschrieben und auf Grundlage der gegenwärtigen Literatur erörtert.

Abstract

The case report of a patient with sarcoma of the penile corpus cavernosum is presented. Clinical symptoms as well as the pathological criteria that led to the diagnosis are discussed. Furthermore the therapeutic approach is explained taking recent literature into consideration.
