Zusammenfassung
Durch das System COMRAD wird das Schreibbüro bezüglich seiner Geräteausrüstung dem
hohen technischen Niveau der radiologischen Untersuchungsgeräte angepaßt. Der hohe
technologische Entwicklungsstand der Mikroelektronik sowie die Entwicklung einer anwenderspezifischen
Software für Radiologen ermöglichen erstmals eine automatische Arztbrieferstellung
durch den Computer nur nach Eingabe der Röntgendiagnose. Die erreichte Zeitersparnis
beträgt sowohl für den Radiologen als auch für die Schreibkraft etwa 90 %. Die Befunde
werden im Fließtext und streng gegliedert in Beschreibungs- und Beurteilungstext ausgeschrieben.
Die Fallgenauigkeit der Befunde wird gewährleistet durch Attribute, die in die Befundgrundgerüste
eingebaut sind.
Summary
The COMRAD system elevates the quality and performance level of the typing department
to the high technical level of the radiological examination equipment, since the machines
employed are of high technical perfection. Thanks to the present-day developmental
stage of microelectronics and the development of a user-specific software for radiologists,
it becomes possible for the first time to print out the physician's report automatically
via the computer, requiring merely the x-ray diagnosis as input data. This saves both
the radiologist and the typist about 90 % of their time. The findings are printed
out as a continuous text which is strictly separated according to textual description
and evaluation. The case accuracy of the findings is guaranteed by means of attributes
built into the basic data sets of x-ray film evidence.
