Computertomographische Diagnostik traumatischer Milzläsionen

Zusammenfassung

Anhand von 16 computertomographischen Untersuchungen traumatischer Milzläsionen wird das CT-Bild analysiert. Die Verletzungsfolgen an der Milz werden klassifiziert im Hinblick auf das therapeutische Prozedere. Computertomographisch gelingt für die klinisch entscheidende Fragestellung Parenchymruptur oder Parenchymkapselruptur eine zweifelsfreie Diagnostik. Die Computertomographie gewinnt darüber hinaus an Bedeutung durch die komplexe Information über parasplenische Veränderungen, Traumafolgen an den übrigen Oberbauchorganen und Begleitverletzungen anderer Körperregionen.

Summary

The computer tomographic appearances of 16 traumatic lesions of the spleen have been analysed. The changes in the spleen were related to the subsequent therapeutic procedures. The clinically important distinction between parenchymal rupture and parencymal-capsular rupture can always be made with certainty. CT also adds information concerning parasplenic abnormalities, traumatic changes in upper abdominal organs and additional injuries to other parts of the body.
