CT-Diagnostik bei habitueller Schulterluxation

Zusammenfassung

Die CT gestattet eine lückenlose, überlagerungsfreie und exakt reproduzierbare Darstellung des Schultergelenkes. Diese Eigenschaften ermöglichen im Gegensatz zur konventionellen Diagnostik erstmals eine objektivierbare Beurteilung der Anatomie im Hinblick auf prädisponierende Faktoren für die habituelle Schulterluxation. Außerdem können knöcherne Läsionen als Folgezustand nach Luxation sichtbar gemacht werden.

Summary

CT provides a clear, unobstructed and reproducible view of the shoulder joint. This permits, unlike conventional methods, for the first time a complete view of the anatomy and of the factors which predispose to a recurrent subluxation of the shoulder. In addition it is possible to see bone lesions resulting from the subluxation.
