Perkutan eingebrachte Gallengangsprothesen als Primärmaßnahme bei Verschlußikterus

Zusammenfassung

Die einfachste und komplikationsärmste Maßnahme zur Behebung eines Stauungsikterus ist die perkutane transhepatische Gallengangsdrainage (PTCD), die wir bisher an 38 Patienten durchgeführt haben. Von der reinen Katheterdrainage mit kombinierter externer und interner Galleableitung sind wir inzwischen abgekommen und implantieren bei einem Stauungsikterus primär eine Gallengangsprothese auf transhepatischem Wege. Der Drainageerfolg ist besser, die Belästigung für den Patienten geringer. Unsere Erfahrungen über 12 Prothesenimplantationen bei 9 Patienten werden beschrieben.

Summary

The simplest measure for overcoming obstructive jaundice, and the one with the least complications, is percutaneous transhepatic bile duct drainage, which we have carried out on 38 patients. We have abandoned the catheter technique with combined external and internal drainage and instead use primary implantation of a bile duct prosthesis by the trans-hepatic route in cases of obstructive jaundice. The results arc better, and the procedure is easier for the patient. Our experience with twelve implants in nine patients is described.
