Zusammenfassung

Eine 59jährige Patientin mit Hämangioendotheliom der Leber wurde zweimal embolisiert. Der erste transkatheterale Verschluß von Ästen der A. hepatica propria mit Fibrospumpartikeln brachte keinen dauerhaft erkennbaren Erfolg. Die zweite Embolisation mit Ethibloc® führte zur Verkleinerung des Lebertumors.

Summary

A 59-year-old female with hepatic hemangioendothelioma was embolized twice. The first embolization with fiobrospumparticles was without permanent success. The second embolization with Ethibloc® provoqued a regression of the tumor.
