Das Endometriumkarzinom der Prostata. Primäres Prostatakarzinom oder Karzinom des Utriculus prostaticus?

Zusammenfassung

Wir berichten über einen 81jährigen Patienten, bei dem sich als Ursache einer ausgedehnten retroperitonealen Raumforderung ein papilläres Adenokarzinom der Prostata fand. Neuere immunhistochemische und elektronenmikroskopische Untersuchungen belegen, daß es sich bei diesem seltenen Tumor um ein originäres Prostatakarzinom handelt. Differentialdiagnostische Aspekte und therapeutische Strategie werden anhand der Literatur diskutiert.

Abstract

Papillary adenocarcinoma of the prostate caused a huge retroperitoneal mass in an 81 year old male patient. Recent immunohistochemical and electromicroscopical studies demonstrated that this tumor was of true prostatic origin and was not a derivate of the prostatic utricle. Differential diagnosis and possible treatment modalities are discussed with the current literature.
