Renales Angiomyolipom - Stellenwert der uroradiologischen Diagnostik und therapeutisches Vorgehen

Zusammenfassung

Das renale Angiomyolipom ist eine seltene pathologische Entität, das, wenn es nicht in Verbindung mit dem Morbus Bourneville Pringle vorkommt, sich klinisch nicht vom Nierenzellkarzinom unterscheiden läßt. Die Diagnose hängt von bildgebenden Verfahren wie Ultraschall, Ausscheidungsurographie, Computertomographie und Angiographie ab. Wir berichten über die Befunde von 12 eigenen Fällen, bei denen wir die beschriebenen radiologischen Techniken angewandt haben. Die Ergebnisse werden diskutiert und das therapeutische Vorgehen wird aufgezeigt.

Abstract

Renal angiomyolipoma is an unusual pathological entity that, if not in conjunction with the tuberous sclerosis syndrome, clinically cannot be differentiated from renal cell carcinoma. The diagnosis depends on the ability of radiographic techniques, such as ultrasound, excretory urogram, computerized tomography, and angiography. We report the diagnostic findings of twelve own cases using the described radiological techniques. The results are discussed and the therapeutic management is shown up.
