Zusammenfassung
Es wird über ein Hämatom des Corpus spongiosum an der Peniswurzel berichtet als Folge
eines Perinealtraumas. Die Diagnose wurde mittels magnetischer Resonanztomographie
(MRT) gestellt. Dieses bildgebende Verfahren empfiehlt sich als Methode der Wahl zur
Abklärung von persistierenden posttraumatisch bedingten Miktionsstörungen bzw. schmerzhaften
Erektionen beim Mann, wenn extraurethrale Läsionen im Pe-nisbereich vermutet werden.
Abstract
We reporte a case of a hematoma in the corpus spongiosum following a straddle trauma
which was demonstrated by magnetic resonance (MR) imaging. This technique is an efficient
diagnostic tool when extraurethral posttraumatic lesions of the penis are suspected.
