Virusinfektionen der ableitenden Harnwege

Zusammenfassung

Die klinisch-pathologische Erscheinung und Bedeutung von Virusinfektionen der ableitenden Harnwege wird diskutiert und in Form einer Übersicht dargestellt. Von klinischer Relevanz sind vor allem eine Zytomegalie-Virusinfektion nach Nierentransplantation und das Auftreten von Condylomata acuminata in der Blase und Urethra. Die Untersuchung des Urins auf Viren kann zur Diagnose der Zytomegalieinfektion und einer Herpes-Zystitis beitragen. Es werden bisher wenig beachtete Viruserkrankungen der ableitenden Harnwege besprochen.

Abstract

The clinical, pathological appearance and importance of viral infections of the urinary tract will be discussed and portrayed by means of a survey. Of clinical relevance are cytomegaly-viral infections after kidney transplantation and the development of condylomata acuminata in the bladder and urethra. Urine testing for viruses can assist in the diagnosis of cytomegaly infections and herpetic cystitis. Viral illnesses previously given little attention in connection with the urinary tract will be discussed.
