Nierentransplantation mit Harnableitung durch einen ilealen Conduit

Zusammenfassung

Anhand eines erfolgreich operierten Falles einer Nierentransplantation mit Implantation des Transplantatureters in einen präformierten ilealen Conduit wird die Problematik dieses Eingriffes diskutiert. Die Literatur wird dabei auch im Hinblick auf die primären urologischen Erkrankungen, welche zum Verzicht der Verwendung des unteren Harntraktes bei Nierentransplantation führten, analysiert.

Abstract

This report describes a successful renal transplantation with implantation of the transplant ureter into a preformed ileal conduit. A brief discussion of the problems associated with this operation and a review of the primary urological disorders that did not allow the use of the lower urinary tract for renal transplants follows.
