Summary
Because of financial restraints the “Kur” Germany must be revised.
Its role on the health care system can be strengthened by establishing quality control
measures as described in the article. The chances of controlling structure, process
and outcome qualities control are discussed in connection with the daily work of a
physician.
The article recommends a combination of all three measures to improve the current
state of the “Kur”. Although not covering all aspects the proposals are a major improvement
of the current situation.
Zusammenfassung
Die ambulante Kur in der Bundesrepublik Deutschland steht zur Disposition, wenn nicht
eine inhaltliche und qualitative Neuorientierung erfolgt. In dem Artikel werden die
Möglichkeiten der Qualitätssicherung in den Dimensionen Struktur-, Prozeß-und Ergebnisqualität
untersucht. Dabei stehen pragmatische und finanzierbare Modelle im Vordergrund.
Empfohlen wird für die ambulante Kur eine Kombination aus Weiterbildung und Zusatzkursen,
Richtlinien zur Kurdurchführung sowie obligatorische Qualitätszirkel bei Kompaktkuren.
Diese Maßnahmen sind eine deutliche Verbesserung des Status quo, besonders im Hinblick
auf die finanziellen und organisatorischen Rahmenbedingungen.
