Zusammenfassung
Es wird eine neue Technik für die transurethrale Behandlung von Strikturen der Pars
membranacea der Urethra, besonders von Rezidivstrikturen, beschrieben. Die Technik
besteht in der Resektion des Narbenblockes, der die Stenose bildet, und in der Anwendung
dreier chirurgischer Prinzipien (totale Resektion des Narbenblockes, Belassen eines
kontinuitätserhaltenden Epithelstreifens, hydraulische Selbstbougierung), die als
Grundlage des operativen Erfolges gesehen werden. Bisher wurden drei Patienten behandelt
bei einer Verlaufsbeobachtung von 2 Jahren.
Abstract
The authors show an original technique for the transurethral treatment of the strictures
of the membranous urethra, especially in case of recurrence.
The technique consists in the section of the block of scar tissue which is placed
around the strictured segment and in the application of three surgical principles
which permit a lasting result.
They have treated three patients with a follow-up of two years.
