Zusammenfassung
Von 180 Patienten mit prostatopathischen Beschwerden hatten 96 pathologische proktologische
Befunde. Hiervon hatten 60 Patienten als einzigen Befund innere Hämorrhoiden. Die
Diagnostik kann nur durch Anuskopie und Proktoskopie durchgeführt werden und nicht
durch die rektale Untersuchung und Rektoskopie. Die Behandlung erfolgt durch ein neuentwickeltes
Saugligaturgerät. Das Operationsverfahren ist ambulant und ohne Komplikationen durchführbar.
Ein Jahr nach dem Eingriff waren 70% der Patienten, die ausschließlich innere Hämorrhoiden
hatten, beschwerdefrei.
Abstract
96 out of 180 patients with prostatopathy revealed proctological problems. 60 patients
had internal hämorrhoidal varicosis. Diagnosis was made by anoscopy and proctoscopy
not by rectal examination. Treatment was done by a new developed vacuum-ligation-machine.
The procedure can be done without any complications on out-clinic patients. One year
after treatment 70% of the patients were without any complaints.
