Zusammenfassung:
Leiomyosarkome der Blase sind sehr seltene Tumoren mesenchymalen Ursprungs, die nur
0,5-1% aller Blasentumoren umfassen. Die kurative Behandlung besteht in einer partiellen
oder radikalen Zystektomie. Die Bedeutung anderer therapeutischer Ansätze, insbesondere
der adjuvanten Chemotherapie, ist noch unklar. Die Langzeitprognose wird durch das
Tumorgrading und die Ausbreitung des Tumors zum Zeitpunkt der Diagnosestellung bestimmt.
Im Rahmen eines Fallberichtes wird die Literatur dargestellt.
Abstract
Leiomyosarcomas of the bladder are rare mesenchymal neoplasms constituting only 0.5
to 1% of all bladder tumors. While curative treatment consists of partial or total
cystectomy, the value of other therapeutic approaches including adjuvant chemotherapy
is still unclear. The longterm prognosis depends on tumor stage and grade at diagnosis.
A case report and review of the literature are presented.
