Abstract

The typical cerebellar atrophy of ataxia-telangiectasia could clearly be recognized in a 9-year-old girl with clinical, immunologic and chromosomal findings of this disease by computerized cranial tomography. The study revealed more morphological details than could be expected from pneumoencephalography performed in the patient without result at the age of 2 years.
