Ulcus cruris venosum nach Akupunktur-Therapie

Zusammenfassung

In diesem Fallbericht beschreiben wir eine 64-jährige Patientin, die ein chronisches Ulcus am dorsomedialen rechten Unterschenkel nach Akupunktur-Behandlung für Ostero-arthritis des rechten Knies entwickelte. Die duplexsonographische Diagnostik zeigte eine beidseitige Insuffizienz der Venae saphena parva (VSP) sowie eine periulzeröse Seitenastvarikosis der rechten VSP. Da die Patientin eine operative Behandlung ablehnte, wurde eine Schaumsklerosierung der periulzerösen Varikosis durchgeführt. Darunter zeigte sich eine vollständige Abheilung der Ulzeration innerhalb von 12 Wochen.
