Einleitung

Die Frequenz von Zufallsbefunden in der CT-Untersuchung mit hoher klinischer Signifikanz bei 18F-Fluorodeoxyglukose (18F-FDG)-PET/CT-Untersuchungen von onkologischen Patienten wird in einer Erhebung mit 345 Fällen mit 7 % beziffert (Schaaf WE, Patel Z, Retrouvey M, et al.
