Patienten mit lebensbegrenzenden und fortschreitenden Erkrankungen können von einer frühen Integration der Palliativversorgung profitieren. Nach wie vor besteht jedoch Unsicherheit hinsichtlich der frühen Identifikation von palliativem Versorgungsbedarf.
