Frühinterventionen nach Traumatisierung

Anders als andere psychische Erkrankungen haben die akute und die posttraumatische Belastungsstörung einen konkreten Auslöser in dem ihnen vorausgehenden traumatischen Ereignis. Direkt nach dem Ereignis sollte v. a. psychosoziale Akuthilfe im Vordergrund stehen, um die Entstehung von Traumafolgestörungen zu verhindern. Mit wachsendem zeitlichem Abstand werden weitere psychologische Interventionen relevant.
