Neben zahlreichen anderen Komorbiditäten haben fast alle Kinder und Jugendlichen mit Zerebralparese orthopädische Probleme – allen voran Hüftgelenkluxationen und Skoliosen. Zu deren frühzeitiger Erkennung und Therapie existieren hilfreiche Behandlungsalgorithmen. Die Hüftampel und die Wirbelsäulenampel sollten Therapeuten kennen und nutzen.
