Innenohr-MRT: Vestibular- oder Bogengangsdehiszenz-Syndrom?

Eine französische Arbeitsgruppe berichtet in ihrer Veröffentlichung über 2 Patientinnen mit unterschiedlichen Erkrankungen des Innenohrs, die aber beide die gleiche Anomalie im MRT aufwiesen: eine deutliche Kontrastmittelanreicherung in den oberen halbkreisförmigen Kanälen nach Kontrastmittelgabe.
