Summary

Until a few years ago homeopathy was almost completely unknown in Turkey. Thanks to the great commitment of German homeopaths and a very strong interest of Turkish doctors, dentists and pharmacists, but also alternative practitioners, it was possible to implement homeopathy in the Turkish health system only in a few years and to bring the official education to the universities. With regard to the availability of homeopathic medicines there is still a need for further development.
