Menschen mit niedrigem sozioökonomischem Status haben ein hohes Risiko für kardiovaskuläre Erkrankungen. Hilfreich bei der Prävention könnte eine sogenannte Polypille sein, die sich aus verschiedenen Wirkstoffen in festgelegter Dosierung zusammensetzt.
