Dysphagie ist insbesondere bei den neurologisch erkrankten Intensivpatienten ein Problem, wird aber auch bei Patienten ohne neurologische Vorerkrankungen nach längerer Intubationsdauer beobachtet [1], [2], [3]. Die FEES hat sich hier als regelhaft eingesetzte Diagnostik etabliert [4]. Die Untersuchung kann direkt am Krankenbett durchgeführt werden und insbesondere das Sekretmanagement und die pharyngeale und laryngeale Sensibilität können präzise beurteilt werden.
