Patientin 1

Eine 77-jährige Frau stellte sich nach häuslichem Sturzereignis auf das rechte Handgelenk in der Notaufnahme vor. Klinisch zeigte sich eine typische Bajonettfehlstellung am rechten Handgelenk, eine Kompressionssymptomatik des N. medianus bestand trotz der erheblichen Fehlstellung nicht. 11 Jahre zuvor hatte die Patientin eine distale Radiusfraktur am gleichen Handgelenk erlitten, welche mit einer von palmar eingebrachten winkelstabilen 3,5 mm Kleinfragment-T-Platte osteosynthetisch versorgt wurde.
