Stillfortbildungen im Perinatalzentrum – ein systematischer Überblick

Die Rate an Frühgeburten weltweit und in Deutschland ist seit Jahren gleichbleibend. Für diese Patientengruppe ist Muttermilch ein wertvolles Gut. Gleichzeitig ist der Stillbeginn für Mütter und ihre Frühgeborenen besonders schwer. Sie sind auf das kompetente Fachpersonal in der Klinik angewiesen. Häufig fühlt sich gerade das Fachpersonal aber nicht gut vorbereitet auf diese spezielle Aufgabe. Es braucht effektive Möglichkeiten der Fortbildung von Gesundheitsfachpersonal in Perinatalzentren, um den besonderen Herausforderungen der betroffenen Familien adäquat begegnen zu können.
