Pathologie der Läsionen der Mamma mit erhöhtem Karzinomrisiko

Sowohl einige benigne als auch In-situ-Karzinome der Mamma werden mit einem erhöhten Karzinomrisiko in Verbindung gebracht. Es handelt sich um biolo@gisch und histologisch heterogene Läsionen. Ihre Kenntnis hat die Prävention eines invasiven Karzinoms zum Ziel. Bisher ist es nicht gelungen, klinisch pathologische oder molekulare Prädiktoren zu identifizieren, die eine Verbesserung der individuellen Einschätzung der Prognose erlauben würden.
