Enzymsubstitution bei onkologischen Patienten mit exokriner Pankreasinsuffizienz

Zusammenfassung

Vorgestellt wird der Fall einer 57-jährigen Frau mit einem Adenokarzinom des Pankreaskorpus. Dies erforderte eine operative Entfernung des Pankreas und in der Folge eine Substitution der Pankreasenzyme und des Insulins. Trotz guter Insulineinstellung und Compliance bei der Einnahme der verordneten Pankreasenzyme nahm die Patientin kontinuierlich ab. Wie kann hier eine Ernährungsberatung aussehen?
