Myofibroblastom einer männlichen Brust – Fallbericht und Literatur-Review

Fallbericht

In unserer Sprechstunde stellte sich ein über 50-jähriger Mann vor, der selbst sechs Monate zuvor erstmals einen schmerzlosen Knoten in der linken Mamma bemerkt hatte. Der Befund sei in diesem Zeitraum größenprogredient gewesen. Bis auf ein Retinoblastom in der Kindheit, das die Enukleation des linken Auges und eine konsekutive Radiatio erforderlich machte, ist bei dem Patienten eine unauffällige Krankengeschichte dokumentiert. Die Familienanamnese für Krebserkrankungen ist leer. Der Patient nimmt keine regelmäßige Medikation und hat keine relevanten Vorerkrankungen.
