Die invasive Blutdruckmessung ist der Goldstandard für eine präzise Blutdruckmessung und ermöglicht eine Analyse „Schlag für Schlag“. Der Notfallmediziner kann mit einer invasiven Blutdruckmessung in seltenen Fällen im Rahmen des prähospitalen Primäreinsatzes, häufiger bei Sekundäreinsätzen (Sekundärverlegungen/Intensivtransport) und am häufigsten in der zentralen Notaufnahme konfrontiert werden.
